Orders and Payments
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
Yes. As we are an internet-based company, you can only place orders on-line. We encourage you to create an account to take advantage of our most comprehensive ordering and shipping system.
How do I pay?
We accept on-line and off-line payments. On-line payments include Visa, Visaa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Paypal. You also have the option to pay through bank wire transfer. However, if you choose this last option, your order will be processed only after the payment is received or you send proof of payment. We also accept Condocio's gift certificates (available via email) that may be redeemed in your shopping cart when checking out.
Do taxes apply?
Condocio is based in the Republic of San Marino, which has not yet adopted European VAT. Our prices do not include VAT. If you are a company and wish to file our invoices for accounting purposes, the law of your Country shall apply.
I have a Condocio coupon code, how do I use it?
Enter your coupon code in the box "coupon code" in the shopping cart section when checking out.
When will Condocio charge my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order and click "complete checkout".
Will I get a receipt with my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive your invoice and order confirmation via email. You may also opt to print your order confirmation when redirected to the final transaction screen when completing checkout. A copy of the invoice will also be included in the parcel before shipping.
How do I know my order has been processed successfully?
After your order has been processed, Condocio will redirect you to an order confirmation screen where you can find your order information and your order number which you may print out for your records. We will also send you an email confirming your final order and payment transaction. You can check the status of you order any time by logging in on our website and going to the section My Account>Order History.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging in to My Account and clicking on Order History.
How long does it take for an order to be completed and shipped?
Usually, orders at Condocio are processed and shipped in a matter of days. However, delivery time may vary depending on your regional location and your choice of shipping method. Please refer to the shipping information page for more information.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and include a reference to your confirmation number within 24 hours of your purchase for change requests. However, we cannot guarantee that those change requests are processed before production as we work quickly to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.
Does Condocio offer gift services?
Condocio offers gift services on every order which includes the option of a gift box and gift card for a small handling fee. In case of multiple items within a single order, we will choose the most appropriate way to wrap your gift.
