What is a gift voucher?

A gift voucher is an amount of money you buy on the website adding it to you cart in the section Gift Voucher on top of page. You can add a gift voucher to your cart together with other products. After you buy a gift voucher the balance will be shown in the section My Account>Gift Voucher. On that page you can transfer any amount of that money you purchased to your friends and give them a great surprise. They will receive an e-mail containing a code to be used on the website. When your friend types the code in the appropriate field during the checkout process, he will be entitled to a discount equal to the amount that you have transferred.

How do I check the remaining balance on a gift voucher?

You can check the balance of your gift voucher by loggin in to your account and visiting the section My Account>Gift Voucher.

Can I redeem my Condocio gift voucher for cash?

Condocio gift vouchers and e-gift certificates can only be redeemed for Condocio products. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

Are Condocio gift vouchers returnable?

No, Condocio gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Do Condocio gift voucher expire?

No, Condocio gift vouchers neither expire nor decrease in value over time.

I need a quick gift; do you offer e-gift certificates?

Yes. Order an instant e-gift certificate and have it emailed directly to the gift recipient.

How do I place a gift order on Condocio? Can I have it shipped directly to the gift recipient?

Place an order on Condocio and enter the gift recipient’s information in the shipping address. You may include a gift message and have your order gift wrapped for a small handling fee per item. The invoice will not be included in the package.
